COMPLETE MANAGER-LEVEL PROGRAMME
A complete six-module programme covering management and leadership, operations, planning and performance, people and patients, quality and risk, and finance and supply chain. The final assessment contains 150 questions across three examinations.

Examination 1 covers Modules 1–2, Examination 2 covers Modules 3–4, and Examination 3 covers Modules 5–6. Each examination contains 50 questions and lasts 41 minutes 40 seconds. The final result remains hidden until all three are completed. Passing requires 75/150 overall with no separate part minimum.
A maximum of five complete attempts is available, with a 24-hour interval between unsuccessful attempts. After the fifth attempt, contact Catalyst.
