By creating an account, purchasing or redeeming access, starting an assessment, downloading protected learning material, or using any service on this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the related Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Learning booklets, assessment content, rationales, scoring logic, certificate designs, branding, and other protected materials are provided for authorized use only. Candidates may not copy, reproduce, publish, sell, distribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or use these materials to create competing assessment products without written permission.
Certificates are issued only where the candidate satisfies the requirements for the relevant qualification level. Certificates may include a certificate number, validity period, QR code, and public verification status. Catalyst may revoke or correct a certificate where it was issued in error, obtained through fraud or misconduct, or otherwise invalidated under the certification rules.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on a specific programme page, Catalyst certificates demonstrate completion of Catalyst's assessment requirements. They do not by themselves constitute a government licence, statutory professional registration, immigration qualification, academic degree, or authorization to practise a regulated profession.
All website content, assessment items, learning materials, graphics, certificate designs, branding, and platform content owned or licensed by Catalyst are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party models and references remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, probe or exploit security weaknesses, introduce malicious code, overload the platform, or access another user's information.
Catalyst aims to maintain reliable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, hosting failures, internet outages, payment-provider failures, or other events may temporarily affect the service. Where a verified technical failure materially affects an assessment, Catalyst may provide an appropriate remedy such as restoring access or permitting another attempt.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Catalyst is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable UAE law.
Catalyst may update these Terms where necessary for legal, technical, assessment, or operational reasons. The current version will be published on this website with an updated date.
These Terms are intended to operate under the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Mandatory consumer rights and other non-excludable legal protections continue to apply.
